Green Dragon took over the Operatorship of Shizuang South Block. The operation area is located at Zaoyuan Village of Shizhuang Town, Qinshui County, Shanxi Province. The Village Committee of Zaoyuan and local Government of Shizhuang Township welcomed Green Dragon Management and Field Supervisors, offering full support within their means. Green Dragon reciprocated offering job opportunities, local contracts, upgrading the leased properties at no expense to the owners. Green Dragon's operation has positively impacted the quality of life for the local communities. Green Dragon has generously donated cash for the construction of local roads. Green Dragon contributed fund to the local children school and participates in all other social activities of the Village such as Chinese Lunar New Year's Festivals (Spring Festival) and other Chinese traditional festivals.

Green Dragon is the major participant to fund the construction of a bridge at Guxian River. The bridge is under construction and expected to be completed and ready for use. The new bridge linking the communities living on both sides of Guxian River would play a significant role to enhance the quality of life for the local communities.

Each year, Green Dragon assigns a budget for community funding. Eligible party is invited to submit your request for funding proposal by sending in writing by post or email with the program details including objective, nature, request amount, work and schedule plan as well as target beneficiary group.
